Product Introduction
This is GMP nylon flat hinge, available in multiple colors. Made of lightweight and tough nylon material, not easy to break. Widely used for ailerons, control surfaces and hatch cover connection of RC fixed‑wing aircraft.
Installation Steps
- Align the hinge with the mounting holes of two parts to be connected.
- Fix with CA glue or epoxy glue. Screws are not recommended, to avoid cracking the nylon holes.
- After bonding, open and close manually several times to ensure smooth movement.
- When installing multiple hinges, keep hinge shafts in the same straight line to prevent twisting of control surface.
Notes
- For RC model aircraft only, NOT for heavy‑load industrial structures.
- Do not pry with sharp hard objects to avoid breakage.
- Do not apply excessive glue. Prevent glue from flowing into hinge pivot gap, or it will cause jamming.
